STEP 1

Business Idea and Name Reservation

Choosing and ensuring that the name is unique and not already in use.
STEP 2

Business Structure

This is deciding the legal structure for your business, such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability etc
STEP 3

Business Name Search and Reservation

Perform a name search through The Registrar of Companies. Once we find an available name, we reserve it on your behalf.
STEP 4

Business Registration

We register your business with the government through the Business Registration Service. we advice and Prepare the necessary documents.
STEP 5

Business Permit or License

Depending on the nature of your business, you may need additional permits or licenses from local authorities or regulatory bodies we advice and support tou towards the same.
STEP 6

Tax Registration

Register your business for tax purposes with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). You will obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and, if applicable, a Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate.
